LipidORDER^TM [31 (link)] was purchased from DiagnoCine (Hackensack, NJ, USA). LysoPrime Green^TM was from Dojindo Molecular Technologies, Inc (Rockville, MD, USA). 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (HNE) and L-leucyl-L-leucine methyl ester (LLOMe) were purchased from MilliporeSigma. The AAV packaging the C99 YPet-TurquoiseGL (C99 Y-T) [20 (link)] was developed using University of Pennsylvania Gene Therapy Program vector core (Philadelphia, PA, USA; 4.95 × 10¹³ GC/mL).
