Secondary antibodies: alexa488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG (Life Technologies, 1:1000), Cy3-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Jackson ImmunoResearch, West Grove, PA, USA, 1:1000). TUNEL labeling kit (Roche, Basel, Switzerland) was used to label apoptotic cells.
