Variable analysis
- Radiation dose (1,000 cGy) from a 137Cs source with a 5-h interval between two split doses
- Transplantation of 5 × 10^6 T cell-depleted bone marrow (TCD-BM) cells from gender-matched donors into recipients 5 h after the second irradiation
- Injection of H60-positive or H60-negative EL4 tumor cells (5 × 10^5 subcutaneously or 1 × 10^6 intravenously) into BMT recipients at 6 weeks after BMT
- Injection of H60-positive or H60-negative C1498 leukemic cells (5 × 10^5 intravenously) into BMT recipients at 6 weeks after BMT
- Tumor growth and development
- Time of 6 weeks after BMT for tumor cell injection
- Use of EL4 and C1498 cell lines (original and transduced)
- Periodic testing of EL4 and C1498 cell lines for expression of relevant antigens and to exclude mycoplasma contamination
- EL4 cells transduced to express H60 and Luciferase or H60 and Thy1.1
- C1498 cells transduced to express Thy1.1 alone or together with H60
- EL4 cells transduced with empty vector

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
