Characterization of 4e-loaded PEGylated Bilosomes

The tailored 4e-loaded PEGylated bilosome droplet size, zeta potential and PDI were investigated by utilizing Malvern sizer (Malvern Instruments, Malvern, UK). The amount of 10 mL distilled water was utilized in order to dilute 0.1 mL of 4e-loaded PEGylated bilosomal dispersion within a glass tube that was manipulated, and then it was convulsed manually for 5 min. The manipulated technique was the dynamic laser scattering technique used to determine the distribution size at 25 °C by using 45 mm focus lens and beam lengths of 2.4 mm.
