Gal4-MLL was created by fusing yeast Gal4 in-frame to a synthetic oligonucleotide corresponding to human MLL (2840–2858) (DCGNILPSDIMDFVLKNTP) by standard molecular cloning. Gal4-c-Myb (241–325) was a generous gift of Dr. Anders Näär and described before32 (link). Gal4-TEAD4 and YAP1 were obtained from Addgene through Dr. Kunliang Guan34 (link). pG5B expresses firefly luciferase under the control of Gal4 and was described before35 (link). SRE-luciferase was obtained from Promega (Madison, WI).
