Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Assay in HEI-OC1 Cells

HEI-OC1 cells were treated with or without H₂O₂ and NE at 37 °C. Then, the detailed procedures of flow cytometry analysis are described as previously [32 (link)]. For the measurement of apoptosis, discarded the supernatants and the cells were resuspended in 1 × annexin-binding buffer. The apoptosis rate was detected by staining with Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (Millipore, APOAF-50TST). Finally, all samples were detected on FC500 flow cytometry (Beckman).
