Variable analysis
- Injection of approximately 234 ± 14 MBq [18F]flortaucipir (injected mass 1.2 ± 0.9 μg)
- Dynamic 130-min [18F]flortaucipir PET scans
- Two dynamic PET scans of 60 and 50 min, respectively, with an in-between 20-min break
- PET data acquired in list mode and subsequently reconstructed using 3D-RAMLA including standard corrections for dead time, decay, attenuation, random, and scatter
- Philips Ingenuity TF-64 PET/CT scanner
- Vinci software (Max Planck Institute, Germany) for co-registration of the second PET scan to the first dynamic PET scan
- 3DT1-weighted MRI (Ingenuity TF PET/MR, Philips Medical Systems, The Netherlands) for anatomical and tissue segmentation purposes

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
