The following antibodies and dilutions were used: mTOR antibody (2983, 1:1000), phospho-mTOR (Ser2448) antibody (5536, 1:1000), Akt (pan) antibody (4691, 1:1000), phospho-Akt (Ser473) antibody (4060, 1:1000), p70 S6 kinase antibody (2708, 1:1000), phospho-p70 S6 kinase (Thr389) antibody (9234, 1:1000), and anti-rabbit IgG HRP-linked antibody (7074, 1:5000) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (MA, USA). Anti-GAPDH antibody (ab181602, 1:10,000) was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK).
