Corresponding Organization :
Other organizations : Imperial College London
Variable analysis
- Samples were separated on 10% bis-tris gels (Novex)
- Bound antibodies were detected using a 1:80,000 dilution of HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Sigma-Aldrich) and the ECL prime detection system (GE Healthcare)
- Membranes were blocked with 5% skimmed milk (Sigma-Aldrich) prior to the addition of CTAb antibody
- Where appropriate, TCA-precipitated bacterial supernatants, or recombinant proteins, rSIC24 (link) and rSpeB (Toxin Technology), were used as positive controls

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
