siRNA Silencing of DNMT1 and HDAC1 in MDA-MB-231 Cells

Validated siRNA for DNMT1 (ID: S4215) and HDAC1 (ID: S73) and the positive/negative control RNAi (Thermo Scientific, Applied Biosystems) were transfected into ERα-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells by the indicated treatment using the Silencer siRNA Transfection II Kit (Thermo Scientific) according to the protocols provided by the manufacturer^{24 (link)}. Relevant gene expression and enzymatic activities were detected ~72 h after transfection.
