- Time post ONC and SI-TON (6 hours and 24 hours)
- Expression of GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein)
- Expression of CD45
- Expression of TNF
- Optic nerve tissue preparation (fixed, sectioned, permeabilized, blocked)
- Primary antibody concentrations (mouse anti-GFAP 1:400, rat anti-CD45 1:200, goat anti-TNF 1:50)
- Incubation conditions (overnight at 4°C)
- Washing (3 times in PBS)
- Fluorescent secondary antibody incubation
