Rabbit polyclonal anti-dL(3)mbt, anti-dLint-1, anti-dMi-2 (anti-dMi2-Nterm), anti-dRpd3 and anti-MstF77 antibodies have been previously described (15 (link),19 (link)). Anti-beta-Tubulin (clone KMX-1), anti-FLAG rabbit polyclonal antibody and anti-FLAG M2 agarose were purchased from Millipore and Sigma Aldrich, respectively. Anti-GFP was purchased from Chromotek.
HRP linked anti-Mouse IgG (Amersham, NA931), anti-rabbit IgG (Amersham, NA934) or anti-rat IgG (Invitrogen, 31470) secondary antibodies were used to visualize western blot signals by chemiluminescence using the Immobilon Western Chemiluminescence HRP substrate (Millipore, WBKLS0500).
