The primary antibodies including interleukin-6 (IL-6), the cell-bound precursor of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), adiponectin, nuclear factor-erythroid factor 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA). Histone-3 antibody was purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA).
