CTC were enriched from WB using EpCAM antibody-coated ferrofluid particles and enumerated using the CellSearch^® System, according to manufacturer’s instructions (Janssen Diagnostics, LLC Raritan, NJ, United States), and as previously described (25 (link)) (Supplementary Materials and Methods).
