IdU solution was added to the culture medium of differentiated P19.CL6 cells (2.0 × 10⁴ cells/100 µL in 96-well plate). After 1 h incubation in the presence of recombinant mouse Reg IV (0.1 ng/mL) and/or recombinant mouse Hgf (0.1 ng/mL), IdU incorporation was measured using a DNA-IdU Labeling and Detection kit (Takara Bio) as described [53 (link),108 (link),110 (link)].
