To investigate whether increased Wnt pathway activation led to increased sensitivity to drugs that affected the Wnt pathway, quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed using gene-specific primers (Table S1 in Supplementary Material) and Sybr Green MasterMix (Life Technologies), and expression values were normalized relative to GAPDH and HPRT RNA expression.
