Cryosection Immunostaining in Zebrafish

The cryosection immunostaining was performed as previously described^{54 (link)}. The primary antibodies were anti-GFAP (DAKO, Z0334), anti-GFP (Abcam, ab13970), anti-PCNA (Sigma, P8825), anti-PSA-NCAM (Chemico, MAB5324), and anti-H2A.XS139ph (Genetex, GTX127340). The zebrafish p53 polyclonal antibody was generated by HuaAn Biotechnology (Hangzhou, China) as previously described. The secondary antibodies were anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Dylight 549 (EarthOx, E032320), anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Alexa Fluor 647 (Abcam, ab150143), anti-Chicken IgY H&L Alexa Fluor 488 (Abcam, ab150169), anti-mouse IgG H&L Alexa Fluor 488 (Abcam, ab150113), and anti-mouse IgG H&L Alexa Fluor 647 (Abcam, ab150115). Nuclei were stained by DAPI (BYT, C1002).
