The expressions of GRK6 and NF-κB were detected by Western blot as reported previously.^{31 (link)} The membrane was incubated with anti-GRK6 (1:1000, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA), or anti-NF-κB (1:1000, Santa Cruz Biotechnology) and anti-GAPDH (1:1000, Goodhere, China), anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1:2000, Jackson Immuno Research Laboratories, Inc), anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:2000, Jackson Immuno Research Laboratories, Inc). Experimental results were analyzed by ImageJ software (Bio-Rad, USA).
