Cell Culture and Mycoplasma Testing

U2OS/DR-GFP HR reporter cells were kindly gifted by the laboratories of Dr. Bing Xia and Dr. Jun Huang^{22 (link)}. EUFA1341 cells were kindly gifted by Dr. Martin A Rooimans^{2 (link)}. These cells and 293 T cells (Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China) were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin solution. All cell lines were grown at 37 °C with 5% CO₂. All cell lines were certified to be mycoplasma-free using a mycoplasma detection kit (Yeasen, Shanghai, China).
