A 6460A Triple Quadrupole mass/massMS/MS (QQQ) equipped with a
Jet Stream ESI source (Agilent Technologies Deutschland GmbH Waldbronn, Germany) was used for the analysis of TTX in MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) mode by detecting m/z transitions in tandem mass spectrometry, which are included in
Table S7 of Supplementary Materials [20 ].
