Goat anti-rabbit-AlexaFluor680 (Invitrogen) and goat anti-mouse-IRDye800 (Rockland Immunochemicals, Gilbertsville, PA) antibodies were used to detect membrane-bound antibodies. Signal was visualized using LiCOR Odyssey imaging system and software (LiCOR, Lincoln, NE).
