- Type of JIA (Type 2, Type 3, or Type 4)
- Diagnosis of Complex JIA
- Neonates with Type 1 JIA or undesignated type who underwent web excision
- Neonates with undesignated JIA type and unspecified surgical procedure
- Neonates with concomitant gastrointestinal anomalies (duodenal atresia, colonic atresia, or gastroschisis)
- Neonates with suspected JIA who expired before surgical intervention
