Primary antibodies against p-Smad2/3 (#8828), Smad2/3 Antibody Sampler Kit (#12747), p-PI3K (#4228), PI3K (#4249), p-AKT473 (#4060), p-AKT308 (#13038), AKT (#4685), Bcl-2 (#2870), and GAPDH (#2118) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (diluted at 1:1000). Primary antibodies against p-TGFBR1 (PA5-40298) were obtained from Thermo Fisher.
