Based on association and dissociation rate data, the equilibrium dissociation constants (KD) were calculated using the TraceDrawer Software (Ridgeview Instruments, Vänge, Sweden). Interaction heterogeneity was estimated using interaction map analysis (Ridgeview Diagnostics, Uppsala, Sweden).
