Methamphetamine hydrochloride (METH, 2.0 mg/kg, i.p., Sigma-Aldrich), mephedrone hydrochloride (racemic mixture; MEPH, 2.0 and 2.5 mg/kg, i.p., Sigma-Aldrich), Nicotine Bitartrate Dihydrate (NIC, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg, s.c, Sigma-Aldrich), and Morphine hydrochloride (MOR, 10 mg/kg, i.p., Sigma-Aldrich) were dissolved in sterile 0.9% and administered at the denoted doses. Racemic (+/−) Blebb (Tocris) was diluted to 1 mg/mL in a vehicle of 0.9% SAL and 6.7% DMSO/25% Hydroxypropyl β-Cyclodextrin (HPβCD) and administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg (i.p.)
