Variable analysis
- Isotype control or anti-CD200 Ab treatment
- Isotype, anti-CD200 and/or anti-PD-1 Ab treatment
- Differentiation state of tissue as pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN)-1, PanIN-2, PanIN-3, or PDAC
- Tumor volume
- Age of KPC-Brca2 mice (5 weeks)
- Dose of treatments (200 µg/mouse)
- Frequency of treatments (three times each week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
