Variable analysis
- Injection of 18F-FDG (average 102 ± 5 (SD) MBq)
- PET images (30–60 min post-injection)
- Anatomical T1-weighted images
- DWI (30 diffusion directions with b = 800 s/mm^2 and one volume with b = 0 s/mm^2)
- FMRI (212 volumes acquired using a Prospective Acquisition Correction EPI sequence)
- 3T PET/MR Siemens Biograph mMR scanner with a vendor-supplied 16-channel head coil
- Participants fasted for six hours prior to the scan session
- Participants stayed comfortably in a quiet, dimly lit room, with closed eyes
- Ultra-short echo time sequence acquired for attenuation correction of the PET data
- Dual echo gradient echo sequence acquired to correct the DWI images for susceptibility induced distortions

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
