Rabbit anti-myc antibody (#2278S), rabbit anti-cdc42 antibody (#2462S), and mouse anti-β-actin antibody (#3700P) were obtained (Cell Signaling). All secondary antibodies were also obtained (Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratory).
