HeLa/GFP-LC3 cells^{51 (link)}were imaged using a Zeiss AxioImager Z2 microscope equipped with a Photometrics
CoolSnap HQ2 camera using a Zeiss PLAN APOCHROMAT 20X/0.8 NA air objective.
GFP-LC3 puncta were quantified on images captured using the Zeiss Z2 microscope
by an observer blinded to experimental conditions.
