Quantitative Proteomics of Lipid Mediators

Chlorpyrifos (>99%, determined by HPLC-photodiode array analysis) was a generous gift from DowElanco Chemical Company (Indianapolis, IN). Antibodies for flow cytometry and ELISA were purchased from Biolegend. Authentic standards of lipid mediators were purchased from Cayman Chemical (Ann Arbor, MI). Solvents for LC-MS/MS were from Thermo Fisher. p-Nitrophenyl valerate (pNPVa) and LPS (E. coli 0111:B4) were from Sigma (St. Louis, MO, USA). Antibodies for western blots were from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). The activity probes fluorophosphonate (FP)-biotin and FP-TAMRA were from Toronto Research Chemicals (North York, ON) and Thermo Fisher, respectively.
