Thioflavin T Staining of C. albicans Infection

iBMDM (2*10⁵ cells/well) were seeded in a 24-well plate overnight and then infected with C. albicans, or treated with LPS or thapsigargin for indicated timepoints. Thioflavin T (Cayman Chemical, 5 μM) was added 2 hours prior to endpoint. Cells were scraped into ice cold PBS and Thioflavin T intensity was measured on a BD LSRFortessa X-20 flow cytometer.
