Aorta Ultrastructural Analysis by TEM

For the TEM investigation, the aorta samples were prepared using the method described in our previous article [16 (link)]. The aorta sections of 60–80 nm were examined with a JEOL JEM 100CX II transmission electron microscope (JEOL, Tokyo, Japan) and the images were taken with a MegaView G3 camera (EMSIS, Münster, Germany).
