Affinity Purification and Immunoblotting Protocol

Affinity purification using anti-FLAG agarose (Millipore Sigma, St. Louis, MO, USA), glutathione-agarose (Millipore Sigma), and TALON resin (Clontech, Mountain View, CA, USA) was done as described [16 (link)–19 (link)].
