Variable analysis
- Infection of HDPFs with H. pylori at a concentration of 1 × 10^6 c.f.u.
- Adhesion rates of H. pylori strains to HDPFs, calculated by the ratio of resuspended to infected cells
- Seeding of approximately 1 × 10^5 HDPFs in the tissue culture plates
- Washing the wells with PBS and adding antibiotic-free medium before infection
- Incubation of infected cells for 1.5 h under anaerobic conditions
- Washing infected cells with PBS and disrupting them with sterile distilled water
- Plating dilutions of cell lysates onto blood agar plates and incubating them for 3 days under microaerophilic conditions

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
