The procedures used for transfection, as well as the details of the scrambled control, FBXW7 and GSK3 siRNAs, were described previously^{16 (link)}. Lentiviral SREBP1 and FBXW7 shRNAs were generously provided by Dr. Deliang Guo (The Ohio State Medical Center, Columbus, OH)^{28 (link)} and Dr. Wenyi Wei (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA)^{29 (link)}, respectively.
