NS3 helicase ATPase activity assay was performed using the commercial QuantiChrom^™ ATPase/GTPase Assay Kit (BioAssay Systems), 2mM of each compound and proteins and buffer as described by Silva and coworkers.^{91 (link)} The results were analyzed and plotted using the GraphPad Prism 5.0 program⁹⁷.
