6-8 week old TRE-shRen/CAG-rtTA3 and TRE-shBRD4/CAG-rtTA3 mice were fed with 625 mg/kg doxycycline-containing food pellets (Harlan Teklad) for 2 weeks. Tissues were harvested and fixed overnight in 10% neutral buffered formalin, followed by paraffin embedding and sectioning as described previously (Bolden et al., 2014 (link)). All experimental procedures were approved by, and adhered to guidelines of, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center institutional animal care and use committee.
