20 (link) Primary antibodies used in western blot are as follows: anti‐BRD7 (Proteintech), anti‐CDK4 (Proteintech), anti‐GAPDH (Proteintech), anti‐p21 (CST, MA, USA), anti‐Snail (CST, MA, USA), anti‐E‐cadherin (CST, MA, USA), anti‐N‐cadherin (CST, MA, USA), and anti‐Vimentin (Arigo). The protein bands were revealed by enhanced chemiluminescence reagent (Millipore) following the manufacturer's recommendations, and captured by chemiluminescence imaging systems (MiniChemiTM I, SAGECREATION, China).
