Allogeneic Bone Marrow Transplantation

Allogeneic BM transplantation was performed as previously described (42 (link)). Recipients were given 5 × 10⁶ T cell–depleted BM cells directly after lethal TBI. T cell depletion of BM cells was performed as previously described (43 (link)). T cell doses (MACS enrichment, Miltenyi) varied depending on the transplant model.
