SiMAP3K2 and siNC were obtained from GenePharma (Suzhou, China), and MAP3K2 antibody was obtained from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). The β-actin antibody was obtained from TransGene (Beijing, China). The psi-CHECK2 and pCMV-HA vectors were purchased from Promega (Madison, WI, USA). DF1 cells were purchased from the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Immortalized chicken preadipocytes (ICPA-1) were generated in the lab^{59 (link)}.
