Crh-IRES-Cre Mouse Protocol

C57BL/6J males were purchased from the Jackson Laboratories (stock #000664) or from Scripps Research rodent breeding colony. Crh-IRES-Cre breeders were obtained from The Jackson Laboratory (B6(Cg)Crh^tm1(cre)Zjh/J, stock # 012704,^{34 (link)}). All Crh-IRES-Cre mice used for experimentation were heterozygous males. Additional details are provided in the Supplement. All procedures adhered to the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Scripps Research.
