Genome-wide Profiling of AR Binding in VCaP Cells

Treated VCaP cells were processed as described for genome-wide determination of AR peaks using the specific antibody ab74272 (Abcam, Cambridge, UK) [13 (link)]. The experiments were performed in biological triplicate, and the libraries were prepared for sequencing on a HiSeq2500 Illumina machine followed by mapping to the human genome hg19.
