In this study, a radiomics features extraction was made on volumetric interpolated breath-hold examination (VIBE) T1-weighted SPAIR with controlled respiration used to acquire images after IV CA injection with a liver-specific CA (0.1 mL/kg of Gd-EOB-BPTA—Primovist, Bayer Schering Pharma, Berlin, Germany). The VIBE T1-W sequence was acquired with 2 different flip angles (10 and 30 degrees). A power injector (Spectris Solaris® EP MR, MEDRAD Inc., Indianola, IA, USA) was used to administrate the CA at an infusion rate of 2 mL/s, as descripted in our previous studies [26 (link),27 (link)].

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
