Variable analysis
- Genetic deletion of Tyrosinase-related-protein-2 (TRP2) in B16F10 cells, resulting in B16F10-Trp2 KO cells
- Pigmentation of B16F10 cells
- Culture conditions for B16F10 cells (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS))
- Culture conditions for FreeStyle 293-F cells and Expi293 cells (FreeStyle expression medium)
- Culture conditions for CHO DG44 cells (ProCHO5 medium, 4 mM L-glutamine, 0.1 mM hypoxanthine, and 16 μM thymidine)
- Incubation temperature (37°C) and CO2 levels (5% for B16F10 cells, 8% for FreeStyle 293-F cells, Expi293 cells, and CHO DG44 cells)
- Mycoplasma contamination (all cells tested negative)

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
