Anti-LC3 and anti-actin monoclonal antibodies were purchased from Sigma (St. Louis, MO). The heparanase inhibitor PG545 was kindly provided by Progen Pharmaceuticals (Brisbane, Australia) (26 (link)). Cisplatin and doxorubicin were obtained from the Oncology Department, Rambam Health Care Campus (Haifa, Israel). LysoTracker was purchased from Molecular Probes (Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY); Torin was purchased from Tocris Bioscience (Bristol, UK).
