Fisetin Modulates BEAS-2B Cell-THP-1 Adhesion

BEAS-2B cells (2 × 10⁵ cells/mL) were pretreated with 0–30 μM fisetin and incubated with 10 ng/mL TNF-α at 37 °C for 24 h as described previously [19 (link)]. THP-1 cells were incubated with calcein AM solution (Sigma) and co-cultured with BEAS-2B cells. Attached THP-1 cells were observed and counted using fluorescence microscopy (Olympus, Tokyo, Japan).
