Surface topography images using
AFM were captured utilizing an Asylum Research MFP-3D Origin AFM (Oxford
Instruments, United Kingdom), following established methodologies
from our prior publications.^{7 (link),17 (link),19 (link),20 (link),22 (link),23 (link)} The instrument operated in tapping mode,
employing a silicon cantilever (AC240TS-R3, k = 1.3
N/m) with an approximate tip radius of ∼7 nm. Analysis and
processing of the AFM topography images were performed using Gwyddion^{30 (link)} software.
