Synthesis of Zinc Oxide Nanostructures

Al foil (Al-1235, thickness: 20 μm) was obtained from Foshan Zhongji ximi New Material Co., Ltd. Zinc nitrate (Zn(NO₃)₂·6H₂O) and hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) were purchased from Nanjing Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Acetonitrile was available from Macklin Co., Ltd. The organic electrolyte with 1 M Et₄NBF₄ in PC (propylene carbonate) and the cellulose membrane (NKK-TF4030) were supplied by Canrd Co., Ltd. The deionized water was homemade. All agents were of analytical grade, without any purification.
