In vitro transcription and translation of His-MORC2 or Flag-C/EBPα proteins were performed by using the TNT-coupled transcription and translation system (Promega), as previously described [20 (link)]. The procedures of western blot and Immunoprecipitation assays were performed as previously described [17 (link)].
