Variable analysis
- Fractionation of total protein from cells (10 μg) and exosomes (10 μg) using an electrophoretic gradient across Mini-PROTEAN tris-glycine extended gels
- Measurement of protein concentration using a Bradford Protein Assay Kit
- Detection of fluorescence on the Odyssey imaging system
- Wet electrophoretic conditions for transferring the blotted protein onto Immun-Blot PVDF membranes
- Blocking of the blotted protein for 1 hr at room temperature with Odyssey blocking buffer in PBS
- Incubation of the blotted protein overnight at 4 °C with primary antibodies: 1:1000 anti-CD63 mouse monoclonal antibody, 1:1000 anti-cytochrome-c mouse monoclonal antibody, 1:1000 anti-calnexin rabbit monoclonal antibody, and 1:1000 hFAB Rhodamine
- Incubation of the blotted protein with IRDye 800CW anti-rabbit IgG and IRDye 680RD anti-mouse IgG secondary antibodies for 1 hr at room temperature

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
